Description
G2 30KΩ thermistors were originally designed for water chiller applications in the food processing industry. These NTC thermistors help detect small process water temperature changes to help prevent icing inside the vessel.
The thermistor input card can be integrated into a control panel and mounted on 35mm DIN-rail using G2 card clips. The card includes four thermistor input channels and is powered by a +/-15VDC, 51W power supply.
To read temperature values in a PLC program, users must set the analog channel parameters for a -10V to +10V input signal and import the appropriate software block to convert resistance readings to temperature °C.

There is no additional charge for the software. Software is only available when the thermistor input card is purchased and the user agrees to the G2 software policy.
